President Yoweri Museveni is ready to attend the 32nd African Union (AU) summit which is expected to start on 10th -11th February in Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
President Museveni is accompanied with his wife Janet Kataha Museveni, minister Matia Kasaija, and minister America Kyambadde.
H.E is also expected to present a regional integration report, whereby President Paul Kagame of Rwanda who is the AU chairman is expected to chair the meeting
The summit theme states; Refugees, Returnees and internally displaced persons toward durable solutions to forced displacement in Africa.
The AU summit will key among other issues discuss poverty, youth unemployment, regional security, and health-related issues.
President Kagame is known for improving and contribute to the development of African Union countries whereby he introduced the African passport that enables free movement of people from one country to the other, security at the borders of African countries among other improvements.
