A Businessman in Ndeeba who allegedly shot dead three flying squad operatives after robbing him of 20 million shillings, has been charged before the High court in Kampala.
Godfrey Muhirwa a resident of Nsiko zone Ndeeba in Rubaga Division, appeared before Justice Steven Mubiru and denied three counts of murder.
The prosecution alleges that on 15th/October/ 2014 at Nsiko zone in Ndeeba, Muhirwa killed Deogratius Jaaya, Mohammed Kiwana, and Matia Busulwa.
It’s further alleged that two bodies were found lying in a Premio vehicle with 19.9million shillings which are suspected to be part of 20 million shillings that was stolen from the accused person.
Muhirwa has now been sent on remand at Luzira Prison till January 24th to start the trial.
