2021 general elections: Several yarn to replace Kyaddondo East MP Kyagulanyi.

As time goes on approaching to 2021 general elections several politicians have started showing interest on different seats and different political areas.

Already six people have shown interest in Kyaddondo East MP seat though the current member Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu has not yet confirmed that he is not coming back as MP but a president.

These Politicians said that they see MP Kyagulanyi ready to contest for the presidential candidate and this is why they decided to come and contest for Kyaddondo East MP and they all ask MP kyagulanyi to brace them.

Among those politicians who would want to succeed Bobi wine include;

Sitenda Ssebalu William

This one is an NRM member who contested for the same seat in the same area during 2011 elections where he was third and got unpleased with the results where he decided to appeal to court complaining against FDC Apolo Katinti’s victory.

 Court cancelled FDC Katinti’s victory and they set other elections where Kyagulanyi contested and won the election

Tonny Ssempebwa Kiyimba

 A DP member who is currently working as Kasangati Town Council mayor said that he can replace Kyagulanyi if he accepts and braces him.

Hon.Apollo Kantinti

Kantinti has ever been a Kyaddondo East MP for 9 months whereby he currently assures that he will never do the same mistakes he did last time adding that he is now ready to come back.

Khalid Ssimbwa

One of Bobi wine’s managers said that if his boss Kyagulanyi give him a chance and brace him he will be able to speak on behalf of other people in parliament.

Edward Kasasa

Is a teacher at our lady Gayaza School also want the same seat in the same area?

Muwanda Nkunyingi

Leaving this seat and contested from Kira municipality, it is alleged that MP Ibrahim Ssemuju Nganda had braced Nkunyingi Muwadda to contest on behalf of Kyaddondo East but Katinti won the position.

Muwada said that he cannot give up, that he will come back in 2021 elections on the same seat same area.

However, all these are waiting for the current Kyaddondo MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu to officially confirm that he will contest for the presidential seat
