Worker’s mp Sam Lyomoki has announced his intentions to stand for presidency in 2021 or 2023 following the removal of presidential age limit from the constitution.
Lyomoki while addressing a news conference at parliament noted that he and his colleagues that he did not mention have created a third force and they have agreed to front him for presidency.
“….apart from liberating Ugandans they want to align the country’s leadership” Says MP Lyomoki.
He adds that once they take power they will no longer allow members of parliament to again be appointed as ministers.
Many MPs are now fighting to become ministers forgetting the people from their constituencies sent them to do.
Lyomoki also warned the government employees raging from permanent secretaries, IGP governor bank of Uganda not to misuse their offices if they don’t reform they will have to pay for their deeds.
He further stresses that their plan is to give immunity to the current president to ensure he retires well.
